About the retreat. Reclaim yourself.
This retreat brings together guided conversations and reflections with Dr. Mira Zahui, island adventures, local culture, and time to simply slow down.
Amid responsibilities, roles, work and other people’s expectations, you can sometimes find yourself so busy managing your life that you drift away from what you truly need, and from what gives your life its flavor and meaning.
This journey is a space for you to step away from your usual rhythm, reflect on your experiences and habits, and discover things about yourself that you never had the time to notice in the rush of everyday life.
Phuket is Thailand’s largest island, set in the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. Beyond its white-sand beaches, it offers lush green hills, the colorful Sino-Portuguese streets of Old Phuket Town, unforgettable sunsets, and easy access to the limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay and the Phi Phi Islands.
With its natural beauty, warm Thai hospitality, and gentle pace of life, Phuket makes it easy to pause and reconnect with yourself.
We know the feeling.
You may be grateful for your life, and yet feel the need for change and rest. You may love the people around you, and yet need time that’s just for you. You may be successful at work and carrying many responsibilities, and yet feel that parts of yourself no longer get the attention they deserve. And you may be the person everyone turns to, while rarely finding a moment to pause and ask yourself: What do I need?
When your days fill up with duties and expectations, your attention slowly shifts to what needs to get done, instead of listening to what you feel, what you want, and what brings you fulfillment.
That’s why this journey was designed to bring together self-discovery and meaningful conversation, human connection and nature, adventure and rest, in a space where you can step away from your usual rhythm and return to yourself from a new perspective.
You don’t need to have all the answers, or prove anything to anyone. Come as you are. All you need is an openness to reflect, explore, and try something new.
What can you explore?
Sometimes our exhaustion doesn’t come only from how much we do, but from the way we’ve grown used to living, the expectations we carry, and recurring patterns whose impact we don’t fully see.
During this journey, you’ll have space to explore questions like:
Identity and roles
Where do your daily roles end, and where do you and your needs begin?
Recurring patterns
What keeps bringing you back to the same choices and reactions, even when they don’t lead where you want?
Needs and desires
How can you recognize what you truly need and want, apart from what’s expected of you?
Relationships and boundaries
How can you stay close to others without losing your own space or neglecting yourself?
Fear of change
What makes you hesitate in the face of new experiences or decisions you want to make?
Meaning and vitality
What sparks your passion, curiosity, and fulfillment, and what have you drifted away from amid daily responsibilities?
The goal isn’t to judge yourself, or to treat everything you’re going through as a problem to fix. It’s to understand your experiences more deeply, and to notice what you might want to change or rethink.
What you’ll take home from this journey.
This journey is more than a change of scenery or a short break from routine. It’s a chance to give yourself time and space to reflect, and to discover new parts of yourself.
Taking part may help you:
Deepen your self-awareness
Become more attuned to your feelings, needs, and desires.
Understand your patterns
Begin to notice the recurring patterns in your thoughts, choices, and relationships.
Rethink your priorities
See more clearly the difference between what you truly want and what you’ve grown used to doing out of duty or expectation.
Strengthen your relationships
Reflect on how you treat yourself and the people around you, and how you balance your own needs with your responsibilities to them.
Broaden your horizons
Step outside the familiar, try new activities, and discover what makes you feel alive.
Gain a fresh perspective
Return to your life with new questions, greater awareness, and a stronger readiness to make choices that reflect what truly matters to you.
The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to understand yourself more deeply and live with greater awareness, in harmony with who you are, what you value, and what you need.

All of it, over 7 days in Phuket
This isn’t just a vacation, and it isn’t a clinical therapy setting. It’s an opportunity to step outside your everyday environment and explore yourself from a different perspective.
For seven days, I’ll be with you through guided conversations, thought-provoking questions, group discussions, and mindful practices, all alongside the natural beauty, culture, and adventures of Phuket.
RazWays was born from a simple feeling: the lightness you carry after an honest conversation in a space where you can show up as you are. To bring that feeling to our Phuket wellness retreat in Thailand, founder Razanne Farshoukh has partnered with Dr. Mira Zahui, a Lebanon-based psychoanalyst.
Razanne personally curates everything around that: the venue, accommodation, activities and every detail in between. The group is limited to 20 guests, so Dr. Mira can focus on guiding you and you can be fully present, surrounded by the natural beauty, culture and adventure of Phuket.

- Notice patterns repeating in your life, and sometimes find it hard to know what you truly want, apart from others’ expectations and old habits.
- Need a real break from routine, not just a change of place, but a change of perspective.
- Want to rediscover your curiosity, spontaneity, and the joy of new experiences.
- Are looking for space to reflect and grow, alongside people who share your wish for self-discovery.
You don’t have to be in crisis to give yourself this opportunity. Your life may be full of achievements, relationships, and responsibilities, and yet you may feel the need to pause and rethink your relationship with yourself and the life you’re living.
